RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to OUG 34/2014, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without the need to justify their decision.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written request to the email address: info@epadel.ro.

At a commercial level, we may offer the possibility to extend the return period up to 30 days, if you wish to keep this option, but it must be clearly stated that it is an additional benefit, not a legal obligation.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, without signs of use, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund value if the product shows signs of improper wear.

4. RETURN COSTS

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

         the product is defective

         the product was delivered incorrectly

5. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following cannot be returned:

         personalized products

         products made to special order

         products damaged due to the customer's fault

Products on promotion can be returned according to the legislation in force, if they are not legally exempted.

6. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photo evidence.

7. REFUNDS

After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the confirmation of the return.
