DELIVERY POLICY

This Delivery Policy describes how orders placed on www.epadel.ro are processed, shipped and delivered.

DELIVERY AREA

We deliver exclusively within the territory of Romania. Orders placed with a delivery address outside Romania will not be processed.

2. DELIVERY COSTS

The delivery cost is transparently displayed on the checkout page.

Courier used: Urgent Cargus
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
Delivery cost: 19 RON

There are no hidden fees.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing includes:

         order verification

         product packaging

         handing over the parcel to the courier

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (courier delays, weather conditions, busy periods, etc.).

5. PARCEL TRACKING

A tracking number is provided for all orders and is sent by email after shipment.

Status updates may take up to 24 hours from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the reshipping costs may be borne by the customer.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

In case of product damage, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide photo evidence.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, the customer must first contact the courier company and then notify us.
