3. USE OF THE WEBSITE

The use of the website is permitted only for legal purposes.

It is prohibited to:

- use the website for fraudulent purposes

- transmit false information

- attempt unauthorized access to the website's systems

4. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to present the products accurately. However:

         - images may be for illustrative purposes only

         - colors may differ depending on the device used

         - specifications may be modified by the manufacturer without prior notice

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw products without prior notice.

5. ORDERS

By placing an order, the Buyer makes an offer to purchase.

The distance contract is considered concluded when the order is confirmed by email.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in the case of: lack of stock, incomplete or incorrect information, or suspicions of fraud.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are expressed in RON and include VAT, if applicable.

Delivery costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.

Available payment methods are displayed on the website.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by express courier.

The estimated delivery time is up to 48 hours for national deliveries if the product is in stock. Any delays caused by courier companies or external situations cannot be attributed to the Seller.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to OUG 34/2014, individual consumers benefit from the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email at info@epadel.ro.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, in the original packaging.

The return cost is borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

9. WARRANTY

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity according to the legislation in force.

Complaints can be sent to info@epadel.ro.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Magnifique Beauty Salon SRL cannot be held liable for:

         - improper use of the products

        -  indirect damages

         - typographical errors

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the website (texts, images, logos, graphics) belongs to Magnifique Beauty Salon SRL or its partners and is protected by copyright legislation.

Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

12. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
